Good questions
The one we get the most is the first one. Here is the real answer.
Can I subscribe to a crate I build myself?
No, and it is not our choice. Shopify does not allow a subscription on a bundle that reaches checkout as one line, which is exactly how your crate travels. There is a workaround where you subscribe to an empty crate and the picks ride along, but it only works when everything inside costs the same, and our pantry does not. So: build a crate as a one-off, or subscribe to one of our curated crates.
Can I change what is in a curated crate?
Not item by item. A curated crate is one product, the same for everyone that season. If you want to choose, build a crate as a one-off.
How do I pause or cancel?
Account, Subscriptions, then Pause or Cancel. Do it before Wednesday night and the next crate is not packed.
Where do you deliver?
Mainland Italy, Sicily and Sardinia. Milan gets our own riders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning.
